IFC 2022 – Tournament cancelled!

Dear all,

the Corona pandemic and the outcome – we are very sorry to inform you the the IFC has to be cancelled for this summer. Due to the Corona pandemic we had harder conditions in planning in the past month. Higher costs, an insecurity about accomodation in or at the gym and unsureness about a test strategie for the tournament weekend.

Due to all of these circumstances we could not made the same offer as we did in 2019 and before with our tournament. Also we could not ensure any accomodation or a “free of covid restriction” weekend.

For us as the host of the tournament we have to cover the costs and that means at least 10 teams for the tournament. Today was the day were we had to book the gym and that is why we had to cancel the torunament for this year.

We would like to thank everybody who still wants to come to Dresden again and hope we can do the re-start together in 2023.
